Season 3 Episode 8 | Brandon Love on the Importance of Uncomfortable Conversations
In Episode 8: Brandon Love on the Importance of Uncomfortable Conversations
If you're a long time listener of the podcast, you know that by the end of all my interviews, I always want to have my guest on again. This week, we've got our first repeat guest: Brandon Love! A lot has happened for Brandon since his first appearance on the show back in February — so much that we had a whole list of things discuss.
And let me just say: we didn't waste any time diving right into the deep end.
"We have made politics in this country taboo. Why have we done that? It boils down to white, cis, male supremacy. If we keep politics taboo, politics stay the way they are — because we're not having the discussions we need to have at the dinner table [...] with friends, and family, and grandma. These discussions need to be had."
I was legit hesitant to release this episode, but important conversations are always worth pushing through the discomfort... and if you're in the leadership space, this conversation is definitely an important one.
