Season 2 Episode 12 | Vaney Hariri on Accountability, Exhaustion, and Big Emotions

Serving It Hot Podcast with Lisa Kuzman | Leadership Coach, Self-Care Expert & Business Mentor | Serving It Hot Podcast

In Episode 12:

My guest this week, Vaney Hariri, is a culture consultant with Think 3D Solutions where he helps businesses create customized solutions to address issues such as attrition, low engagement, and generational gaps. He's also an extremely active leader in his community. In fact, I was drawn to speak with Vaney after a raw, emotional, and 100% authentic appearance he made on Facebook live.

I'm honored that Vaney brought that authenticity to our conversation, where we discussed integrity and accountability in leadership, trauma and exhaustion, the importance of keeping the oaths you take, and the "might as well be" racists — among many other things.

"There's a lot of people who are one thought away from being successful. Or from changing the way they treat people. When my thoughts have to be spent on how you feel about how I feel... or spent on what's going to happen to me at this routine traffic stop, or if these people think I'm going to steal... those things underpin a lack of the most basic expectation for a human in this country — an expectation for equality, justice. To not have to do that? Is, without a doubt, a privilege."

Vaney, thank you so much for taking the time to come on the show and share yourself and your wisdom with all of us.
