Season 8 Episode 2 | Answering the Call to a New Level

A lot has changed over the years since I started my podcast — for me, both personally and professionally, but also in the wider world. That's why, for the first solo episode of the season, I wanted to dig into the ways in which this podcast has evolved, and the changes I've made to reflect that evolution.

I believe there's a new generation of leaders on the rise. We have shit to say and a world to change, and now is a beautiful time for anyone feeling the call to assume some responsibility! I want us to ask ourselves how we can be better leaders, who show up in authenticity (even if we're the only ones in the room doing it).

So that's where this podcast is going, and I'm thrilled that you're along for the ride with me. You've probably already noticed that we'll have some great tunes to accompany us along the way — and I'm going to talk a little bit about the new song, too!
