I've spoken about trauma a lot in this season of Serving it HOT — and that's partly because I'm a trauma-sensitive leadership coach educator. Many of my clients have a history of trauma themselves, and I'm sure many of you listening do, too.
Hey — we're all human, and we all struggle sometimes. Whether we're talking big-T or little-t, our trauma (and how we respond to it) can seep into our work, like a drop of dye spreading through a bowl of water.
So today, let's talk about how creating safety within yourself will create a safer environment for the people around you. Talk about a win-win!
