"I think it's hard to honor who you are as a leader or to honor yourself in any way when there's so much socialization that we've had. So there's a lot of undoing we have to do in order to be comfortable to show up as ourselves. Even when we've lost some of that conditioning, it is still often very hard to do. And let's be real — we're going to get pushback on it."
